How do I register for an online account?
In order to purchase online, you need to create an account on with us. To do so simply click on the Create Account link found in the top right hand corner of the page. You will then be taken to a registration page where you can fill in your details and then complete the process by clicking on the “register” button.
By registering with us, you will benefit from the following:

- Quickly re-order your favourite products
When you first register with us, you will need to provide a password. Please ensure that you keep your password confidential.
How should I proceed if I have forgotten my password?
Click on the Log in link in the top right hand corner of the screen and then on the “Forgotten your password” link. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address. We will then send an email to your registered e-mail address with a link to your account page. Clicking the link in this email will allow you to login. Once on your account page, click on the “Update Your Details” link and change your password.
Can I amend my account details?
If your contact details change, you can update your account information the next time you place an order.
How do I subscribe to receive updates from CREED?
When you create an account with CREED’s online shop , you will be asked whether you want to subscribe to the CREED e-mail Newsletter. Simply opt-in to receive regular news and offers from CREED.
How do I unsubscribe from the e-mail Newsletter?
When you register with us, you will have the option to subscribe to the CREED e-mail Newsletter. If you have subscribed in the past but do not wish to receive emails from CREED anymore, you can unsubscribe by:
- Clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any email you receive from us
- Sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Is the information I provide secure?
CREED has put in place various security procedures so that the information you provide is protected.
Credit card details will be handled securely to ensure confidentiality and 128 bit SSL encryption is employed to ensure sensitive data is protected during transmission via the internet. Your credit card details are not stored by us or our agents and they are only used to process your order.
Do you deliver abroad?
THE ORANGE SQUARE COMPANY is authorised to sell CREED within The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including the Channel Islands, and in The Republic of Ireland. We are unable to deliver CREED products outside this territory.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
How do I buy an item that is out of stock?
If a product is temporarily out of stock and unavailable to purchase on our site, we would advise customers to visit one of our independent stockists or department stores to purchase this item. Please visit our Stockists page.
How can I obtain samples?
We do not send samples on request. We may, from time to time, offer samples relating to new launches and special offers.
