Who is The Orange Square Company?

The Orange Square Company Ltd is the representative of Creed in the United Kingdom. We are the licensed distributors of Creed products in the UK.

In which stores can I find Creed?

You can find your nearest stockist of Creed fragrances here. Customers in Europe and the Middle East should visit www.creed.eu. Customers in the United States and Canada should visit www.creedboutique.com.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, you can choose two complimentary samples with every purchase through our website.

Can I buy samples?

Samples are not available for purchase, however you can find your nearest Creed stockist here. They will have testers of the different fragrances and the consultants will be able to help you choose the perfect one for you.

Why did I receive different samples to the ones I requested?

We try our best to send you the samples you ask for but from time to time we might run out. When this happens, our Creed Consultants choose an alternative that they think you might like based on your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at Creed without creating an account. When you have added your chosen fragrances to the basket and you’re ready to place the order, just select ‘Continue as Guest’.

How do I register a new account?

Which countries do you deliver to?

We are only licensed to distribute Creed products in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Scilly Islands and as such can only ship to addresses in these territories.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

If your order hasn’t already been dispatched, we may be able to make changes to your order. Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help in any way we can.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, VISA Electron & Delta.

How do I choose the best fragrance for me?

If you visit your nearest Creed stockist, which you can find here, the in-store consultants will be happy to help you find the perfect fragrance for you.

The item that I want is out of stock. When will it be available?

The Creed fragrances are still made by the small family-run company in France and as such the manufacturing process can sometimes take longer than bigger brands. Unfortunately we can’t normally predict when we will receive more of the product, but if you’d like to email us at customerservices@creedfragrances.co.uk we’ll notify you as soon as it comes back in stock.

Websites offering Creed products at discounted prices are not authorised representatives of Creed. This means that these retailers do not work with us, as such there is no way for us to verify the product purchased at unauthorized retailers which could be old, fake, tampered with or defective.

I have found discounted Creed products on another website. Why are they allowed to make discounts and are their products real?

We are the only licensed distributors of Creed fragrances in the United Kingdom and we strongly recommend that you purchase your Creed product from one of our authorised stockist (you can find your nearest stockist here).

With luxury products, there is always a risk of counterfeit products finding their way onto the market and the only way to avoid them is to purchase from either this website or one of our authorised stockists. (You can find your nearest stockist here.) Unfortunately we have no way of verifying whether Creed products purchased from unauthorised stockists are authentic.

Can I buy a product from a specific batch?

We don’t sell products by batch number as they are only used for internal monitoring of the supply chain. We only ever receive the most recent batches manufactured by the Creed family in France.

Are Creed products tested on animals?

No. Animal testing has been banned in Western perfumery for several decades.

Many of the Creed fragrances do however contain a small quantity of ambergris which is a waste product regurgitated by sperm whales. This is a rare substance and its collection and use causes absolutely no harm to the whale so is legal and completely ethical. This does mean, however, that some Creed fragrances may not be suitable for vegans.

The musk used in Creed fragrances is a synthetic musk.

Smashed or broken bottles

We are unable to accept any returns of damaged or broken bottles, including accidental damage incurred while travelling. We would advise all customers to handle their Creed bottles with extra care, as glass is a fragile material.

We can assure you that Creed bottles are made with the highest quality glass. Creed work with two of the most established glass bottle manufacturers in France - Verreries Brosse and Pochet du Courval - whose quality and attention to detail has been internationally renowned for many generations, - between them they manufacture some of the most famous and respected bottles in the fragrance industry.

What should I do if I have a complaint?

Please visit the Contact Us section if you have a complaint, or e-mail sales@creedfragrances.co.uk. Alternatively, the European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) for consumers, which can be accessed at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Where do you deliver?

THE ORANGE SQUARE COMPANY is authorised to sell CREED within The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including the Channel Islands, and in The Republic of Ireland.

We are unable to deliver CREED products outside this territory.

We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

How much is delivery?

Standard Delivery

Within the UK is FREE. Please allow up-to 3 working days from placing your order. Please be aware our warehouse do not operate on weekends, all orders placed after 5pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Next working day – £3.95

Monday to Friday for orders placed before Midday. Please note that orders placed on Friday for next working day delivery will be delivered on the following Monday, we do have Saturday & Sunday delivery options available.

Saturday Delivery – £8.95

Orders placed before Midday on Friday – UK Mainland Only.

Sunday Delivery – £9.95

Orders placed before Midday on Friday – UK Mainland Only.

Next Working Day Offshore – £9.95

Monday to Friday for orders placed before Midday for: Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles & the Chanel Islands.

All orders are dispatched via a recorded service and will require a signature.

How can I track my order?

1 hour delivery slots will be allocated to each delivery and if you provide a mobile phone number text notifications will be sent out upon dispatch.

We hope that you will love your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied or you wish to cancel your order, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery so long as it is unopened and in its original condition.

To return a product, please contact our customer service team to request a prepaid returns label. Returns will only be accepted via this procedure as we cannot guarantee the safety of the bottles with anyone other than our approved couriers.

We will then issue a refund or offer an exchange once the product has been received if it meets our conditions for resale.

We cannot accept returns which have been used, altered or damaged.

Items bought in-store should be returned to the place of purchase for a refund or exchange.

If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receiving your order for their assistance with a return or exchange.

Upon receipt, we will make a determination, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.

Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if you suspect it to be faulty, before you have spoken to our Customer Service Department. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.

Refunds will be processed onto the same card used to make the original purchase.

Only products purchased through the Creed Fragrances UK website may be returned to the company in accordance with this return policy. Please return Creed products from authorised stockists to the place of purchase. These returns will be subject to the return policies of the retailer where the purchase was made.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange any product that does not meet the above requirements.

Do you keep my personal information?

Yes, your personal information including name, email address, billing and delivery address when applicable is securely stored in our e-commerce database with the same SSL 128-bit encryption. This information is available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop with us. Credit card information is not stored.

Do you sell or trade any of my information?
