You will be charged the full price of the product/s at the time of placing your pre-order. If you wish to cancel your pre-order before delivery, please contact ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ and provide your order number.
You will be refunded via the same payment method used to place your order. Owing to bank processing times, refunds may take approximately 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
2. Confirmation of your order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that it is being processed. You will be notified via email once your order is accepted, at which point the purchase contract comes into existence.
If we cannot accept your order
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you via email. Orders may be rejected for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to: product being out of stock, payment issues e.g. payment details failing fraud checking criteria, product pricing or description error or failure to meet a specified delivery deadline.
If payment has already been made, you will be refunded via the same payment method used to place your order.
The estimated delivery for Viking pre-orders is week commencing 25th September 2017. Please note that this date subject to change. We are not liable for any delays outside of our control. In the event of a delay you will be contacted via email.
If risk of a substantial delay exists, you may contact customer services to discuss termination of sale, where you will be refunded for any items not received via the same payment method used to place your order.
All orders are dispatched via a recorded service and will require a signature. One hour delivery slots will be allocated to each delivery and text notifications will be delivered upon dispatch.
You will be eligible to select two complimentary 2ml samples with your pre-order, and a 2ml sample of Viking will also be provided. You are strongly advised to try the Viking sample which accompanies your order ahead of opening your full size product. Products which have been opened and/or sprayed will not be accepted as a return due to change of mind.
If for any reason you are not satisfied or you wish to cancel your order, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, providing it is unopened and in its original condition. To return a product, please contact our customer service team to request a prepaid returns label. Please note that returns will only be accepted via this procedure.
