In celebration of the launch of Wind Flowers, a beautiful, sparkling floral fragrance for her with magical undertones, reminiscent of light woody nougat, we once again were fortunate enough to partner with the infamous mixologist Giorgio Tosato to bring a bespoke Wind Flowers inspired cocktail to life.

Best known as The Notorious Cocktail, founder of luxury events company, Philoxenia and expert Mixologist, Giorgio Tosato, has been working alongside some of the biggest names in the hospitality industry for over a decade. Specialising in elegant cocktail receptions for luxury destination weddings, high-end private parties and the crème de la crème of corporate events.

He knows a thing or two about the finer things in life and he certainly has not scrimped when it comes to these sense-tingling beverages. It is his playful and unique approach to cocktail recipes that makes his creations so notorious and one you can certainly rely on to push you out of your comfort zone.

Forget a classic mojito or old fashioned, Giorgio gets his inspiration from a whole host of exotic destinations and backgrounds to give your taste buds something equally daring and delicious. Some of these ingredients may seem a little unfamiliar but it’s nothing that cannot be sourced easily online. Wind Flowers Cocktail

Ingredients

30ml Tanqueray Gin

20ml Muyu Jasmine Verte Liqueur

15ml Briottet Crème de Cacao Blanc Liqueur

15ml Lillet Blanc Vermouth

10ml Bols Peach liqueur

5ml Briottet Rose Liqueur

10ml Monin White Chocolate Syrup

2,5ml Sandalwood tincture

10ml Lime

GLASSWARE: Coupe

METHOD: Stirred

GARNISH: Light Pink Rose Petal & Ice ball, Orange Blossom & Rose aromatic essence

FLAVOUR: Sweet, Sour

YOU WILL NEED: A Cocktail Making Kit

Step-By-Step

• Pour 30ml of Tanqueray Gin into the mixing glass by using the measuring jigger

• Pour 20ml of Muyu Jasmine Verte Liqueur into the mixing glass by using the measuring jigger

• Pour 15ml of Briottet Crème de Cacao Blanc Liqueur into the mixing glass by using the measuring jigger

• Pour 15ml Lillet Blanc Vermouth into the mixing glass by using the measuring jigger

• Pour 10ml Bols Peach Liqueur into the mixing glass by using the measuring jigger

• Pour 5ml Briottet Rose Liqueur into the mixing glass by using the measuring jigger

• Pour 10ml Monin White Chocolate Syrup into the mixing glass by using the measuring jigger

• Pour 2.5ml Sandalwood tincture into the mixing glass by using the measuring jigger

• Pour 10ml of lime juice into the mixing glass by using the measuring jigger

• Fill up the mixing glass with ice cubes

• Stir all the ingredients by using a bar spoon for 30 seconds

• Strain all ingredients into a chilled coupe glass

• Add a clear ice ball into a glass

• Add a rose petal for garnish

• Spray the top of the glass with the Orange Blossom & Rose aromatic essence

• Enjoy your cocktail

15ml Monin Chocolate Syrup

10ml Monin Rose Syrup

10ml William Fox Peach Syrup

15ml Lime

65ml London Essence Peach & Jasmine Soda

GLASSWARE: Coupe

METHOD: Stirred

GARNISH: Light Pink Rose Petal & Clear Cube Ice, Orange Blossom & Rose Aromatic Essence

FLAVOUR: Sweet, Sour

YOU WILL NEED: Cocktail Making Kit

Step-By-Step

• Pour 75ml Of Jasmine Tea Tea into the mixing glass by using the measuring jigger

• Pour 15ml Monin White Chocolate Syrup into the mixing glass by using the measuring jigger

• Pour 10ml Of Monin Rose Syrup into the mixing glass by using the measuring jigger

• Pour 10ml William Fox Peach Syrup into the mixing glass by using the measuring jigger

• Pour 15ml Lime Juice into the mixing glass by using the measuring jigger

• Fill Up The Mixing Glass With Ice Cubes And Stir All The Ingredients For About 30 Seconds

• Strain all ingredients into a chilled glass

• Add Ice Into The Glass And Top-Up With Peach & Jasmine Soda

• Add A Straw and a Rose Petal As Garnish

• Spray The Top Of The Glass With The Orange Blossom & Rose Aromatic Essence
