Where Do You Deliver?
- We are authorised to sell within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scilly Islands.
- We do not ship to the Republic of Ireland. We understand this may be frustrating news for some, however, at The House of Creed we strive to always provide the very best service for our customers both on and offline, and with new regulations on shipping surrounding Brexit, the introduction of import duties and the added pressure of being a small business, we feel that we can no longer successfully offer our customers in the Republic of Ireland a sustainable and premium service that is integral for the ultimate Creed experience. Our collections will remain available both online and in stores through our dedicated partners. You can view our Official stockists here.

How Much Is Delivery?
1. Standard Delivery: Complimentary for orders of £50 or more, or £4.50 for orders under £50. Your order will be delivered within 2-5 working days, from the date your order is shipped. This may increase to 7 working days during peak trading times e.g. Christmas and promotional periods. Please allow up to 3 additional working days for personalised orders to be shipped.
2. Next Day Delivery: Complimentary for orders of £350 or more, or £6.50 for orders under £350. Available from Monday to Friday for orders placed before 1pm to UK mainland locations only, subject to availability. Please note personalised orders takes up to 3 additional working days to be processed by our warehouse, therefore, the next available Next Day slot will be 3 working days after the
date of your order.3. Saturday Delivery: £11.50 for orders placed before 1pm on Friday to UK mainland locations only. Personalised orders are not eligible for Saturday Delivery.
Delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary with public holidays, possible courier delivery issues, and other influences (such as severe weather conditions) that are beyond the control of The House of Creed.

How Can I Track My Order?
You will receive an email and/or a text message when your order is shipped. Please ensure you provide correct contact details at the checkout. A one-hour delivery slot will be allocated to Next Day & Saturday delivery methods. For further tracking details, please contact our Customer Service team.
Christmas Delivery

Christmas Delivery Schedule
Place your order in time for guaranteed delivery before Christmas Day.
1. Standard Delivery: Order by Friday 20th December. For orders that include personalised items, order by Monday 16th December.
2. Next Day Delivery: Order before 1pm on Sunday 22nd December. For orders that include personalised items, order before 1pm on Wednesday 18th December.
For any orders placed after these dates, we cannot guarantee delivery ahead of Christmas Day.
Returns

Standard Returns Policy
- We hope that you will love your order. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of dispatch so long as it is unused and is returned in its original sellable condition.
- To return a product, please contact our Customer Service team, who will arrange a collection for you. Returns will only be accepted via this procedure as we cannot guarantee the safety of the bottles with anyone other than our approved couriers.
- We do not offer exchanges, however you can return unwanted products to us for a full refund as long as they are unopened and in its original condition.
- We cannot accept returns which have been used, altered or damaged. Any promotional gifts with purchase, or complimentary samples that have been received in your order, must also be returned to process a full refund. Please note that we will now be charging a fee of £5.00 per sample not returned.
- We can only assist in refunds for orders placed on creedfragrances.co.uk. Items bought in-store or via an official stockist should be returned to the place of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order for their assistance with a return.
- We are unable to refund the cost of any premium delivery service that was chosen.
- Upon receipt, we will make a determination, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.
- Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if you suspect it to be faulty, before you have spoken to our Customer Service team. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.
- Please note we are only able to accept returns for faulty products purchased through Creedfragrances.co.uk within the last 12 months.

Returns Policy On Personalised Items
1. We are unable to offer a refund on any items that have been personalised. Orders for personalised products cannot be cancelled or changed once your order has been placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to supply the personalisation message, and we will not be held responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, order quantity, or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening, please ensure you check all spelling, grammar, punctuation and the use of capital and lower case letters when adding personalisation to your order as we will personalise exactly what is entered online. We cannot accept returns of products that have been personalised incorrectly based upon customer input errors.
